Palm Savers prevent calluses and blisters from forming on the palms of your hands by reducing the vibration on your hands. In addition, Palm Savers can help prevent arm pump because you will not be holding on as tightly as your hands wear out. Palm Savers are thin enough that they will fit under you glove, and they will not bunch up. They also are thin enough so it does not feel like you are holding on a sponge for a grip. At first, you may notice a small difference in the feel of your grip, but after a minute or two, you will not even know they are there.

To put them on, slide your entire hand through the large opening like a bracelet. Spin the Palm Saver around so the material is in the palm of your hand. Take your middle and ring finger through the smaller holes. Put your glove on and go!
